Leading with Vision, Managing with Excellence
Richard Tay holds an MBA and is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the automotive and energy sectors. A Singaporean citizen currently residing in Dubai, UAE, Richard has held numerous leadership roles in prominent multinational corporations, showcasing his diverse skill set and commitment to excellence. He is currently the CEO of VOGE Middle East, where he leads strategic initiatives and oversees the company's operations in the region. His leadership extends to various entrepreneurial ventures, where he has taken on key positions, including President of Worldstar Energy Corp, and Director of Microlight Ltd, specializing in night vision scope and sensor & spectrum. Prior to his entrepreneurial ventures, Richard held pivotal roles at Chrysler and Mercedes Benz (MB). From 2005 to 2006, he was Vice President at Chrysler China and President of Chrysler CBU sales. As Vice President of MB Van Division for Daimler Chrysler North East Asia from 2001 to 2004, Richard led a joint-venture project to set up a manufacturing of MB Van in China and established a comprehensive dealership network across China. Richard’s earlier career includes significant contributions at MTU (wholly owned subsidiary of MB), a German manufacturer of high-speed diesel engines. From 1997 to 2001, he was the President of MTU China, responsible for the company's profit and loss in China and Hong Kong, managing a staff of 120. His tenure at MTU also involved regional oversight for logistics and product support across Asia Pacific. Beyond his professional achievements, Richard has a range of personal interests, including golf, swimming, reading, music, and trekking. His holistic approach to life, balancing a successful career with diverse hobbies, exemplifies his dynamic and multifaceted personality.

Enoch Wei is a distinguished veteran of the motorcycle industry, boasting over two decades of extensive experience. He previously held the position of National Sales Director at Hengjian Motor China, where he oversaw the management of more than ten motorcycle retail stores across various cities, including Beijing, Hebei, Shanxi, and Shaanxi. Under his leadership, these outlets became authorized dealers for multiple domestic motorcycle brands. In his current role as National Sales Director at Jianhao Motors, Enoch has made significant strides in innovation and market leadership. He founded Suke Motorcycle, where he designed and successfully launched China's first water-cooled pedal-assisted tricycle. This pioneering product has consistently held the top position in its market segment nationwide, thanks to Enoch's strategic updates and enhancements. Additionally, he has established robust dealer networks across several major provinces. Capitalizing on his extensive experience and leadership in the motorcycle industry, Enoch introduced Voge Motorcycles, a brand from Loncin Industry Group—China's largest motorcycle manufacturer—into the Middle East. He aims to expand Voge’s presence in this rapidly growing market. Loncin Industry Group is committed to achieving global recognition through the superior quality of its products, dedicated to delivering precision craftsmanship and excellent after-sales service to motorcycle enthusiasts worldwide.

Milvin George is a seasoned retail and wholesale business expert with a passion for authenticity and quality. With over two decades of experience in the industry, Milvin has established himself as a visionary leader known for his entrepreneurial spirit and keen eye for detail. Milvin's journey in the retail sector began in 1998 when he joined the Chalhoub Group as a Commercial Executive, where he managed prominent brands in the Middle East region. His expertise and leadership qualities quickly propelled him to higher responsibilities. In 2000, he took on the role of Regional Manager of TAG Heuer with LVMH Group, overseeing markets in the Middle East, North Africa, and India. His success in this position led to his appointment as Regional Brand Manager of Omega in 2003, where he was instrumental in establishing operations and driving growth. Four years later, Milvin expanded his expertise further by becoming the Managing Director of Officine Panerai for the Middle East and India. His contributions to the industry were recognized in 2015 when Forbes named him among the top 100 CEOs in the Middle East. Now, as the Chief Strategy and Operations Officer at VOGE Middle East, Milvin continues to leverage his extensive experience and visionary approach to drive success and innovation in the retail, wholesale and e-commerce business.
